Rates
PEAK SEASON (April 1- September 30) $375 per night, $2250 per week,
OFF SEASON (October 1-March 30) $275 per night, $1375 per week
$100 Cleaning Fee
2-night minimum stay; holidays are a 3-night minimum with the exception of Thanksgiving (4 night
minimum).
Pet Fees:
Pet friendly (dogs) with prior approval.
$15 night per dog.
Maximum of 2 dogs
Dogs must not be left unattended.

Deposit
A deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required to hold your reservation. Deposit is Non-Refundable.
Balance is due 30 days prior to check in.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before check-in, you will forfeit your
entire deposit. However, you may apply the deposit to the balance due on a future stay within one year
of original arrival date.
If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before check-in, you will forfeit your
entire rental rate.
